Subjectivity and Dynamic of Leadership â⬠MyAssignmenthelp.com
Question: Talk about the Subjectivity and Dynamic of Leadership. Answer: Presentation: Pioneers assume a significant job in the association just as in the entire world. The greater part of the nations are fair in nature and in this manner they require a powerful pioneer to lead the nation. Indeed, even the organizations are encountering the idea of majority rule government and the representative conclusions are turning into the significant part to be thought of. Without a decent pioneers and a compelling administration, there is no feeling of having a decent group. This is a result of the group isn't coordinated to work in a specific way that is right; the endeavors made by them will consistently squander. There are numerous definition that has been given to the idea of pioneer and initiative, however the essence of the considerable number of definitions recommends that authority is the capacity of the individual to lead others and to direct them so as to show them the way on which they need to go to accomplish the person just as authoritative goals. It has been dissec ted that there are numerous other situational setting that should be considered at the hour of initiative or driving others. This is on the grounds that there are possibilities that influence the dynamic procedure of the pioneers now and again. This is the nature of the great chief to deal with the circumstance at its wager. This is on the grounds that circumstances are the most significant components that influence the utilization of intensity of the pioneers at the extraordinary degree. There are various hypotheses that are crimps with authority since years. The improvement of the organizations and the adjustment in the aptitudes and the requests of the market require various sorts of initiative (Avolio Yammarino, 2013). These are the circumstances that have developed the initiative hypotheses from years. The main hypothesis that has been talked about officially about the administration is the attribute hypothesis. This hypothesis recommends that pioneers are conceived and can't be made. As indicated by this hypothesis, there are a few attributes and propensities for good pioneers that separate them from the common chiefs and these qualities are accepted to be in them since they were conceived. The idea of accepting that pioneers are conceived and the initiative aptitudes are intrinsic has overwhelmed the time before Second World War (Sipe Frick, 2015). There were various characteristics that has been recognized as the attribute for being a decent pioneers, for exam ple, self-viability, predominance, knowledge and so on this hypothesis was scrutinized by a portion of the scholars and proposes that there is no worry of circumstance in their hypothesis. With this, two new hypotheses developed called as transformational and value-based administration. Value-based initiative is the administration style that is accepted to be functioned as an agreement between the pioneers and the laborers where the pioneers makes the laborers it work at the expense of compensating them (Odumeru Ogbonna, 2013). It builds up a work connection between the pioneer and the laborers. According to this hypothesis, the pioneers doesn't have some particular describes however there need to build up the framework that should be trailed by their laborers. This hypothesis has framed the premise of the new sort of administration that is transformational pioneers in which alongside the qualities of making the framework; the pioneers additionally have a portion of the attributes, for example, charm, impacting force and relationship devilment strategies. According to this authority, the pioneers must be dependable and along these lines impact the laborers to work as per their convictions and styles. Transformational administration around then was seen as the initia tive that should be trailed by the perfect heads since this arrangements with devilment of individual alongside the advancement of associations (Parris Peachey, 2013). One of the attributes that have been referenced in the transformational administration is moxy which frames another sort of initiative known as magnetic authority. This is the sort of authority that has some center qualities, for example, visionary and innovative reasoning, future expectation of the patterns and compassion towards their partners (Schyns, Kiefer, Kerschreiter Tymon, 2011) This was likewise confronted an analysis on account of no connection of allure and execution. It has been contended that the clouded side of charming authority that the pioneers conceal the indications of pessimistic character that they have and it turns out to be past the point of no return for the association to pass judgment on their attributes consequently even this hypothesis can't be reasonable for clarifying the qualities of the great head. It has been examined that different theoires have been proposed by various creators identified with the attributes of the individuals or the pioneers however it has been distinguished that nobody hypothesis can be implemnetd at all the circumstances (Winkler, 2010). This is a result of the changing condition and the circumstances in the associations. In todays time where the things are changing quickly and the requests of the market is adjusting with an extraordinary pace, it has been prove that no single qualities or the arrangement of attributes can be resolved to be acceptable pioneer. As talked about in the above segment, it has been investigated that even the incredible pioneers or the authority hypotheses that were believed to be exceptionally viable and impeccable have confronted analysis as a result of either issues (Lynch, 2012). It has been investigated that there is one of authority style that is worker initiative wherein the examination has not been directed to that degre e. This sort of administration puts stock in concentrating on the necessities of the subordinates. The authority puts stock in building up the relationship of trust and sympathy with the pioneers and rewarding them decently. The greater part of the authority nowadays are embracing this style to think about the perspectives and assessments of the workers by enabling the representatives to share their perspectives (Komives, Dugan Owen, 2011). Another quality of characters according to the current circumstances and the current changing condition is passionate insight. It is a lot of required for the pioneer to have IQ alongside passionate insight. Passionate insight can be characterized as the abilities of the person to survey own self so as to comprehend the circumstance of others. Passionate insight incorporates five portrays that are mindfulness, self guideline, inspiration, compassion and social abilities (Wampold Imel, 2015). These characteristics should be associated with the cha racter of the pioneer so as to comprehend the idea of self and furthermore of others. It has been contended that passionate insight is the character characteristic that increases the value of the initiative style of the pioneers. It gives the capacity to the pioneer to think about his own qualities and defects with the goal that he can without much of a stretch figure out how to comprehend other passionate perspectives too (Jenkins, 2013). This likewise causes the pioneers to manage their feelings according to the circumstances. On the off chance that an individual is equipped for knowing his feelings he can without much of a stretch control a similar when the circumstance emerges. It is required by the pioneers to have the guideline capacity so as to demonstrate their feelings to a degree till it is required by the circumstances and not pretty much than that. There are a few attributes that the subordinates investigate their pioneers and having those characteristics make a pioneer a decent pioneer. These characteristics can be characterized as resource of specific qualities however they contrast according to the prerequisites and necessities of the subordinates just as the circumstances (Warrick, 2011). Picking up acknowledgment as pioneers among the equitable society is itself challenge for the pioneers nowadays. This is on the grounds that everybody has their own attitudes and necessities and in this way it turns out to be difficult for the pioneers to consider the circumstances very individual unfailingly. There are various qualities that have been normal out of the pioneers. Correspondence is perhaps the most effect of them. This is in such a case that the pioneers don't have what it takes to speak with the other individual than it turns out to be hard to manage the individuals and cause them to comprehend the headings to work appropriately. It has been closed from the above conversation that it isn't required to characterize the arrangements of attributes of the pioneers inevitably. It is required to comprehend the circumstance by the pioneers before settling on any choices to deal with the equivalent. There are some fundamental characteristics that make the persona great pioneer, for example, charm, compassion, insight, self-viability and enthusiastic knowledge nowadays (Maxwell, 2011). This is on the grounds that the individuals are part progressively touchy nowadays. They need enthusiastic just as expert help at the work environment to perform productively. Consequently, it is required by the individual to have passionate association with the subordinates in order to be the acceptable pioneer. Considering the possibility and circumstance is significant angle alongside having extraordinary relational abilities. References: Avolio, B. J., Yammarino, F. J. (Eds.). (2013). Conceived January 15, 1929, King was the child of an Atlanta minister. Ruler achieved numerous accomplishments during his life. We will likewise uncover the one technique that King underpins. He first trademark that King makes reference to in quite a while composing is quiet submission. In this trademark, King clarifies how individuals offer up to abuse and become acquainted with it. He accepts that this structure isn't the best approach to understand the sorrow that the Negroes were being gotten through. Truth be told, he condemns the individuals who use this technique. The accompanying line demonstrates my announcement, To acknowledge latently an out of line framework is to help out that framework; in this manner the mistreated become as abhorrent as the oppressor. The second structure that Dr. Lord discusses is scorn and brutality. This is another strategy that he can't help contradicting. Ruler clarifies how savagery just makes transitory outcomes and makes progressively convoluted issues later on. As a pastor and profound adherent to harmony, King wouldn't acknowledge along these lines. He additionally accepted that this structure will just carry unfairness to people in the future. He clarified how brutality today will bring disarray tomorrow. A phenomenal articulation made by Dr. Ruler to invalidate this strategy is, The old law of tit for tat leaves everyone daze. The third, and last, way that Marther Luther King Jr., discussed was peaceful opposition. This type of managing persecution was emphatically upheld by King. He accepted that the persecuted must think about the advantages of the two strategies, quiet submission and forcefulness. A line that best depicts my announcement is ...the guideline of peaceful obstruction tries to accommodate the certainties of two contrary energies the passive consent and viciousness while maintaining a strategic distance from the boundaries and indecencies of both. King accepted this was the best strategy and with the goal for it to be fruitful the Negros must work energetically and persistently. Marher Luther King Jr., was an incredible pioneer. In the composing we've quite recently talked about we've learned 3 manners by which King accepts are alternatives accessible to abused individuals. Among these choices we additionally become familiar with the one bolstered by Dr. Lord. He clarified all strategies from passive consent to his preferred peaceful obstruction. Lord additionally gave extraordinary instances of each and everybody of these ways. If not for such convictions, perhaps todays wouldn't be molded along these lines. Ruler was without a doubt an extraordinary pioneer whom we as a whole appreciate. A man who changed history and the manner in which individuals consider one another. An extreme mastermind who accomplished numerous thing, and made extraordinary developments. In spite of his demise, his heritage conviction despite everything remain steadfast. Reverend Hale Character Analysis Essay Sample
Reverend Hale Character Analysis Essay Sample haracter Study of Reverend Hale Arthur Millerâs play âThe Crucibleâ was based on the historical account of the Salem witch trials in 1692. At that time 19 men and women were convicted and executed by Salem court. Miller depicts a particularly dark period in American history but he moves beyond the discussion of witchcraft and instead, he focuses on human motivation and subsequent behavior. Miller transforms faceless names from American history into living characters who had emotion, desires, and free will. Arthur Miller creates the atmosphere of a restrictive society with a Puritan culture that determined the life of that historical period. Puritans relied on religious doctrine to determine what was socially acceptable and their life was characterized by religious fanaticism and intolerance to what they considered inappropriate or unacceptable from the point of view of their religion. People of Salem summon Reverend Hale who is a minister in the nearby Massachusetts town of Beverly to investigate Bettyâs illness and determine if it was caused by the witchcraft. Reverend Hale is considered to be an expert in identifying witchcraft. He is a âspiritual doctorâ whose job is to diagnose if the witchcraft is responsible for Bettyâs condition and provide a cure either through conversion or by removing the infected people from Salem. Hale is the most complex character in the play. He approaches religious matters as a scientist and emphasizes on a proper procedure. Reverend Hale is an intelligent man, a naïve witch hunter, and sees himself as a philosopher and a scientist. He is motivated by a sincere desire to help and good intentions. He devotes himself to work, probing for confessions and encouraging people of Salem to testify. He is compassionate and logical and always remains calm. His approach to the situation is precise and intellectual. Unfortunately, Haleâs eagerness for discovering witchcraft allows Abigail to manipulate him. He feels overwhelmed with the amount of evidence and although he is determined to declare witchcraft only if he can prove it, he takes the evidence of Salem people for granted at face value instead of investigating it himself. Later, Reverend Hale makes attempts to correct his shortcomings because he is striving for justice. He experiences a remarkable transformation over the course of the play. When talking with Mary Warren and John Proctor, he realizes that they are telling the truth and Abigail is a fraud. Reverend Hale makes attempts to persuade other prisoners to confess and help them avoid execution by using lies to prevent lies. But he canât understand that these new lies would support the numerous slanders that the court has already committed. The actions of the play test Reverend Haleâs beliefs in witchcraft and his faith in the law. He canât deny that children have manipulated him and realizes that he convicted innocent people and sent then to death. He undergoes a serious internal crisis and feels guilty. His attitude to witch trials changes immensely. This understanding is a heavy burden that changes his outlook. He wants to help the accused witches and counsels them to lie and confess just to save their own lives. Reverend Haleâs quotes reveal his traits of character and show his transformations. At first, he thought highly of himself as an expert in finding witchcraft and devilry. But later, in Act Four, Reverend Hale admits his arrogance and pride, when he says that he came into this village like a bridegroom to his beloved, bearing gifts of high religion [] and what [he] touched with [his] bright confidence, it died []. He admits that he was doing wrong. Gradually, Hale changes. When he quits the court, he becomes a much better man. He grows from an accuser to sympathizer. Suddenly, be begins to understand that the church can be used for evil. Arthur Miller shows that all people are constantly changing due to different events that happen in their life. Besides, Miller shows that people are shaped when they react to these situations.

The Platt Amendment and US-Cuba Relations
The Platt Amendment set the conditions to end the United States military occupation of Cuba and was passed at the end of the Spanish-American War of 1898, which was fought over which country should oversee the governing of the island. The amendment was intended to create a path to Cuban independence while still allowing the U.S. to have an influence in its domestic and international politics. It was in effect from February 1901 until May 1934.à Historical Background Prior to the Spanish-American War, Spain had control over Cuba and was profiting greatly from its natural resources. There are two major theories as to why the U.S. entered war: promoting democracy abroad and gaining control of the islandââ¬â¢s resources. First, the War of 1898 was popular with Americans because the government promoted it as a liberation war. Cubans and the well-known liberation force Cuba Libre began revolting against Spanish rule much earlier, in the 1880s. Additionally, the U.S. was already involved in conflicts with Spain throughout the Pacific in the Philippines, Guam, and Puerto Rico, citing the European nation as an imperialist and undemocratic power. Therefore, some historians and politicians theorize that the war intended to promote democracy and extend the reach of the Free World, and the subsequent Platt Amendment was intended to provide a pathway to Cuban sovereignty. However, keeping Cuba in the U.S. sphere of influence had great economic and political benefits. In the 1980s, the U.S. was suffering one of the greatest economic depressions in its history. The island had tons of cheap tropical agricultural products that Europeans and Americans were willing to pay high prices for. Further, Cuba is only 100 miles from the southernmost tip of Florida, so keeping a friendly regime protected the nationââ¬â¢s national security. Using this perspective, other historians believe that the war, and by extension the Platt Amendment, was always about increasing American influence, not Cuban liberation. At the end of the war, Cuba wanted independence and self-government, whereas the United States wanted Cuba to be a protectorate, a region with a mix of local autonomy and foreign oversight. The initial compromise came in the form of the Teller Amendment. This stated that no country can permanently hold Cuba and a free and independent government will take over. This amendment was not popular in the U.S. because it seemingly barred the nationââ¬â¢s annexation of the island. Though President William McKinley signed the amendment, the administration still sought annexation. The Platt Amendment, signed in February 1901, followed the Teller Amendment to give the United States more oversight of Cuba. What the Platt Amendment Says The Platt Amendmentââ¬â¢s primary stipulations were that Cuba became unable to enter into treaties with any foreign nation other than the U.S., the U.S. has a right to intervene if it is believed to be in the islandââ¬â¢s best interest, and all conditions of the amendment must be accepted in order to end military occupation. While this was not the annexation of Cuba and there was a local government in place, the United States had much control over the islandââ¬â¢s international relationships and domestic production of agricultural goods. As the United States continued to expand its influence throughout Latin American and the Caribbean, Latin Americans began to refer to this style of government oversight as ââ¬Å"plattismo.â⬠Long-Term Impact of the Platt Amendment The Platt Amendment and military occupation of Cuba is one of the leading causes of later conflict between the U.S. and Cuba. Opposition movements continued to expand across the island, and McKinleyââ¬â¢s successor, Theodore Roosevelt, put a U.S.-friendly dictator named Fulgencio Batista in charge in hopes of countering the revolutionaries. Later, President William Howard Taft went as far as to say that independence would be completely out of the question if the Cubans continued to rebel. This only increased the anti-U.S. sentiment and propelled Fidel Castro to the Cuban Presidency with a communist-friendly regime after the Cuban Revolution.à Essentially, the legacy of the Platt Amendment is not one of American liberation, as the McKinley administration had hoped. Instead, it stressed and eventually severed the relationship between the U.S. and Cuba that has not normalized since. Sources Pà ©rez Louis A. Review of All the Kingââ¬â¢s Men Free Essays
The nature of Jack Burden`s journey from the `arid land of facts` to the `dream sea of ideas` is what the story is all about. It goes on to spell whether the journey undertaken by the hero is indeed a spiritual one or an attempt at self-discovery. An attempt has been made to explore the roots of this journey through Modernism (the breakdown of philosophical/moral consensus about the nature of things, the turn toward myth) and Neo-Romanticism (the search for a new unifying principle amid the fragmentations of Modernity/Scientific Materialism), the role of Willie Stark, Ellis Burden, Judge Irwin, and the heroââ¬â¢s journey through the turmoil and pleasures of life. We will write a custom essay sample on Review of All the Kingââ¬â¢s Men or any similar topic only for you Order Now The story revolves around the relationship between the themes of Death and Rebirth which occur in Jackââ¬â¢s journey through incidences of tragedy and beyond. It ends on a note of positivism, when the hero, Jack Burden, transforms himself from being a pawn to his roots in ancestral lineage. Literature Review ââ¬ËAll the Kingââ¬â¢s Menââ¬â¢, is the story of the rise and fall of Willie Stark, a political titan in the Deep South, who during the 1930s rose from hardscrabble poverty to become the governor of his state, and ultimately itââ¬â¢s most powerful political figure. The story goes on to say how Willie, the anti-hero blackmails and bullies his enemies into submission, and using his good office institutes a radical series of liberal reforms which are designed to tax the rich and ease the burden of the stateââ¬â¢s poor farmers. This leads to a conflict of personalities which includes the notable former governor, Sam MacMurfee, and other power mongers. Jack Burden, the scion of one of the stateââ¬â¢s aristocratic dynasties, turns his back on his genteel upbringing, against the wishes of his well-wishers, which includes the influential Judge Irwin. Throwing caution to wind, Jack joins Willie on his journey to stardom, earning him the name as, Willieââ¬â¢s right hand. Willie takes advantage of Jackââ¬â¢s talent as a historical researcher to dig up the unpleasant secrets of his enemies, using this to blackmail and provocation. Cynical and lacking in ambition as he is, Jack walks away from many of his past interests; the dissertation of American History, and marriage to Anne Stanton, the daughter of a former governor of the state. The scene when Willie asks Jack to look for skeletons in the closet of Judge Irwin, Jack is forced to confront his ideas concerning consequence, responsibility, and motivation. He discovers that Judge Irwin had accepted a bribe, and that Governor Stanton, his would-be father-in-law, had covered it up, resulting in Judge Irwinââ¬â¢s suicide. The story then turns to another interesting episode of Adam Stanton, Anneââ¬â¢s brother, taking up the directorship of a new hospital being built by Willie. The vicious turn of events leads Willie to Anne, who unsuspectingly has an affair leading to his ultimate murder. Jack, with nothing to gain returns, an empty man. In this we see, the death and rebirth of Jack through his tryst with destiny and forlorn countenance of Anne transform to one of exuberance. Willieââ¬â¢s death at the hands of Adam, his loyal employee, jolts Jack to such an extent that he is left dumbfounded and brooding of the consequence of his future and a rethink of his belief. Jack returns to his senses and takes a major plunge towards society by accepting his long lost love, Anne Stanton, and pursues his passion of research . 3. 0 Analysis Jackââ¬â¢s journey from the ââ¬Ëarid land of factsââ¬â¢ to the ââ¬Ëdream sea of ideasââ¬â¢ can be best described as a journey towards truth which is emphasized when he says, ââ¬ËAnd all times are one time, and all those dead in the past never lived before our definition gives them life, and out of the shadow their eyes implore us. That is what all of us historical researchers believe. And we love truth. ââ¬â¢ It may be seen that the principal characters in the novel Willie Stark, Judge Irwin, Anne Stanton though their personal lives have not been free from blemishes, they were in more than a way, corrupt. Starting with his association with Willie to the displeasure of his near and dear, the moment he learns of the affair of his first love Anne Stanton with Willie, and to the moment he learns of Judge Irwinââ¬â¢s suicide, Jack had never endured a sign of negativism in Willieââ¬â¢s actions. It is only when Jackââ¬â¢s mother reveals the true identity of his father, does Jack admonishes Willie for his deliberations, although not in public. This incident leads Jack through many a twist and turn in his endeavor to get to the bottom of Willieââ¬â¢s motives. The sequence of events that followed, leading to the untimely murder of Willie, inculcated a sense of disbelief, and revulsion in him. The trudge back to his roots exemplifies the struggle and worship of humanity in all its glory. Jack for all his wiles, was an ardent follower of his master. Willie Stark, ââ¬Ëthe Bossââ¬â¢ gave the impression of a man on the move. Never, did he pause to gauge the consequences of his actions. This ultimately led to his doom. Willie Stark, though he had a humble beginning, rose to a position of wielding unbridled power in the process subjugating his opponents by brute force and of course putting to use the investigative skills of Jack. Judge Irwin, revered as a father figure by Jack, has not been in the good books of Willie, who instigates Jack to dig into the past activities of Irwin, protested vehemently by him. However, when the facts were unearthed, a shocked Jack and a bemused Willie confronted Judge Irwin. Judge Irwin was a man of honor. He was known to be a very straight man and never took the law into his hands. This revelation was too much for him to digest, and equally embarrassing, that he did what a man of his stature would have done, commit suicide. Strangely, for most part of the story, Jack believes that Ellis Burden, whom he refers to as his Scholarly attorney, to be his father, where in fact, it is Judge Irwin who is the real biological father. Ironically, Jack gets to know this only after the suicide of Irwin, which Jack believes was because of his action. Jackââ¬â¢s aristocratic moorings unfortunately does not refrain him from joining hands with the immoral Willie Stark as we see in the story. Though Willie uses Jack as a formidable tool in his ascent to power, using Jackââ¬â¢s research skills to his greatest advantage of subjugating his opponents, was a crime most unsuspecting of such a character. Jack becomes a witness to Willieââ¬â¢s Machiavellian manipulations and misdeeds, albeit, unwittingly. However Jackââ¬â¢s shunning politics at the end of the story and his return to his earlier passion is a metaphor for Jackââ¬â¢s return to his roots, his history, and his American past. In fact, Jackââ¬â¢s research revolves around his study of the life of Cass Mastern, a man of high moral standards and a student at Transylvania College in Kentucky. Even the subject Jack takes up for his dissertation is a reminder to the readers of Jackââ¬â¢s search for the truth. ââ¬ËIs death the last sleep? No, it is the last and final awakening,ââ¬â¢ said W. Scott, a stark reminder synonymous of the characters in this book; Judge Irwinââ¬â¢s suicide when he is confronted by Jack with facts about his acceptance of a bribe, and the killing of Willie Stark by Adam Stanton. While for the major part of the story Jack believed that the ââ¬ËGreat Twitchââ¬â¢ denoted actions in life and not words or deeds. The awakening on that morning at home, brought Jack to retract his thoughts on life, and once again believed that men were responsible for their actions and deeds. This rethinking in a sense is responsible for Jackââ¬â¢s decision to marry Anne Stanton (a metaphor for rebirth) despite his knowledge of the fact that he she had an affair with Willie Stark. Reflecting philosophically he says, ââ¬Ëall the words we speak meant nothing and there was only the pulse in the blood and the twitch of the nerve, like a dead frogââ¬â¢s leg in the experiment when the electric current goes through, a true reflection of Modernism. This can be, in a philosophical sense be equated to the death of Jack figuratively, since Anne was Jackââ¬â¢s first love, whom he loved more than anything else in the world. 4. 0 Conclusion In the ultimate analysis it may be inferred that Jackââ¬â¢s life has been a life of journey towards the truth, towards his roots and eventually his self-discovery. The main characters in the story play an important role in molding Jackââ¬â¢s character, the incidents in the lives of those characters enlightening the path Jack has taken to achieve his goal. 5. 0 Bibliography 1. 0 www. sparknotes. com/lit/kingsmen/summary. html How to cite Review of All the Kingââ¬â¢s Men, Papers

Some information is lost and never to be found. His plays are continuously being performed today. William Shakespeare was not just a playwriter but also a poet and actor. All of these accomplishment without ever attending a college or university. His early life was at Stratford on Avon and he was educated at a free gramer school in Stratford. Treated well by his father and mother who was middle class. Grown to have marriages, kids, and become one of historys best play writers. Stratford on Avon at a time of William Shakespeares birth was a village of about two thousand inhabitants. Stratford on Avon is about eighty miles away from London. William Shakespeares year of birth was 1564. He was baptized the twenty-sixed of April. William was the third child to be born. He had twin sisters who were elder but died at infancy. The name Shakespeare appears to have been common in the west midlands. William Shakespeare left his family about four years after his marriage to Anna Hathaway at the age of eighteen, and came to London for better family fortunes. At this time London had gone prosperous under the reign. Shakespeare hoped upward Stratford could have held little for him now that his fathers enterprises had faded. During the years William Shakespeare detached himself gradually from his London Associates (William, 3). Irving Robner quoted,Shakespeare growth as a tragicdramastic growth in moral vision (Bergeron, 74). Shakespeare grandfather was a tenant farmer; his daughters husband was altered knighthood (Kay, 17). The Shakespeare family history is a textbook case of that upward social mobility that was so common in Renaissance England.William Shakespeares education is known to be vague. There was a free grammer school at Stratford, to which, as the, son of his father he would have been entitled to free admission. Aubrey, who is entirely unsupported even states that William Shakespeare was a schoolmaster himself. When William was about thirteen years old his father took him out of school and put him to work so he can help the family who got onto some financial difficulties.
